ONLY WORK FOR QBCORE

Enable the possibility to spread Rumors in town with this ! You can now spread word that you are selling stuffs, buying car, looking for some specific items, or simply that you are looking for someone ! With this ressource you can unlock the habilities for your players to make ped talk about stuffs they heard from other guys ! Configuration like: 

-Color/scale/max length of Rumors text

-Duration / Chance of spawn

-Ped's rumor localisation

-Zone localisation of rumors

-...

# How it work ?:
The place where players spread a rumor is mainly divided in 5 categories, based on where the players write their rumor.
"north","middle","south","northyankton","cayo"

It mean that if you place NPC that spawn rumor on a location, when players will go to talk to him the rumor they spread will be in this specific zone
For example if you place NPC on Rockford Hills, when players will go to talk to him, they will spawn rumors on 'South'. And only people in 'South' zone will be able to listen/see the rumor
Of course you are free to change rumors zone or name in the config file
